What we can't help with

We're a directory, not a broker, lender or adviser, and we aren't authorised by the FCA. We can't recommend a mortgage, lender or broker, tell you whether you'll be accepted or how much you can borrow, or review an offer or an adviser's recommendation. For that, contact an FCA-authorised adviser directly. Our calculators and guides are a starting point.

We correct clear factual errors reported by anyone, and we'll tell you when the change is live.

If you're a listed firm

Being listed is free, and firms can't pay to be listed or to appear higher. To correct your details, email us from an address at your firm's website domain, or tell us how we can confirm you represent the firm. To be removed, email us with your firm's name or Companies House number: we'll take the listing, profile and published contact details down, and delete the details we collected from your website within 30 days. Your company's record at Companies House is public and isn't affected.

Requests about your personal data

You can ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. Tell us what your request is about. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we'll respond within one month. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
